PlaneIn Service RAM Programs

Design or operational change has to happen in order to improve reliability.  Our team is fully experienced in all aspects of RAM including Reliability Prediction (parts stress and parts count), Reliability Modelling (reliability block diagrams and simulation), Reliability Analysis (FMECA - Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis, fault tree and event tree analysis), Maintenance Analysis (maintainability studies and maintenance requirement analysis), Reliability Demonstration (running demonstration trials) and Reliability Growth (analysing growth trends). 

We ensure that the theoretical and actual performances are aligned, and when they are not, we investigate to ensure commonality.

MSG-3 Training

Our staff carry out MSG-3 programs for a variety of clients in both Europe and North America.  Further, we have carried out preventive maintenance strategies in accordance with AP100C-22 (based on MSG-3) for the Harrier GR7/T10, Royal Air Force (RAF) Training Gliders and many training aircraft types.  We have been delivering MGG-3 training courses since 1999 and in that time have included the following organizations as our clients:

We are the consultancy of choice to the Canadian Department of National Defence and are partway through a three-year program of MSG-3 practitioner training with them.  We also lecture on the Civil Aviation Authority Airworthiness Training Course on all aspects of the MSG-3 program.  This course is acknowledged world-wide and has attendees from all corners of the world.
